It is believed that the use of a low-resolution image of this cover on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law.

This image is a notable album cover of Bob Dylan at Aust Ferry, a defining event in Aust Ferry's own significance. Arguable it's the image's use on the cover of a Dylan album itself that made the ferry notable, not the mere fact that Dylan used it.

• 3 (b) Minimal extent of use.

Any lower resolution would make significant details invisible, such as the ticket office sign or the Severn Bridge in the background.

• 8 Significance.

Although this is not the same recording-related justification as is usual for the {{Non-free album cover}} template, its significance is described above under "No free equivalent"
