The Kandy Kruise is a round-trip weekend experience from Los Angeles, California to Ensenada, Mexico aboard a 'full-ship charter' Luxury Cruise Ship, organized and produced by The Karma Foundation. The first Kandy Kruise was on September 14 - 17, 2007 aboard the Royal Caribbean International's ship: "Monarch of the Seas." The second Kandy Kruise was on September 12 - 15, 2008 aboard the Carnival Cruise Lines' ship: "Carnival Paradise". DJ’s and entertainment for the 2008 Kandy Kruise included: Cort McCown from Playboy Comedy, Shwayze featuring Cisco Adler and Skeet Skeet, DJ Skribble, DJ Ruff, DJ MisterE, DJ Danny Love, DJ Miss Lisa, DJ Gerry Roberts, Steve Castro, John Huntington, Magician Christopher Wonder, Johnny Fayva Variety Show & Kitten de Ville Burlesque Show.

The Karma Royale Poker Tournament was played on both Kruises – the tournament was highlighted by pro Antonio Esfandiari and renowned tournament director Matt Savage.

Each Kandy Kruise has featured a "Miss Kandy" Contest, Poker Tournaments, Night Club theme events, and Stage shows. The Kandy Kruise is featured on Fox News, Fashion TV Channel, and most video sharing websites such as YouTube, Metacafe, and MySpace.

History

The Kandy Kruise follows the model of other successful Karma Foundation produced events such as the "Kandyland", "Kandy Halloween", and "Kandy Masquerade" parties held at the Playboy Mansion.[1] The Karma Foundation has added a new event to this model called "Kandy Vegas" which was held at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on July 24 - 25, 2009.
