Axis Group Yacht Design is an Italian naval architecture and marine engineering design company specialized in the over 40 meter luxury motoryacht market. Axis designed the first worldwide hybrid superyacht below 50m to achieve the Platinum level of RINA’s Green Plus notation.
History
Founded in USA in 1996, by naval architect & marine engineer Horacio Bozzo, Axis Group Yacht Design has moved to Viareggio, Italy in 2001. Since than, it has established tight collaboration with the most renowned shipyards, such as Perini Navi, Benetti, Azimut,Codecasa,SanLorenzo, Kingship, among others.
Yachts Designed
Among Axis Group Yacht Design recent engineering projects - counts a number of innovative projects: from the 55metre (180 ft) Ice Class motoryacht Vitruvius Picchiotti by Perini Navi to the 40 metre (131 ft) 40Alloy San Lorenzo and the Green Voyager, an innovative 44 metre (144 ft) Hybrid motoryacht by Kingship.

Achievements
Axis has studied a particular displacement hull that, combined to the introduction of unusual solutions for the luxury yacht market, allows the navigation in protected marine areas.
