The Alameda / Oakland Ferry is operated by Blue & Gold Fleet. The company's vessels used to service Alcatraz however that service is no longer operated.

- Right outside the Ferry Building in San Francisco
- Bay Cruises leave from Pier 39
- On Market & Embarcadero Streets outside Pier 41 near Fisherman's Wharf
- On Marin Street & Quincy Alley in Vallejo at the Vallejo Ferry Terminal
- Bridgeway at Bay Street in Sausalito
- South end of Tiburon Boulevard in Downtown Tiburon
