HMS Guadeloupe was a 28-gun sixth-rate Coventry-class frigate of the Royal Navy. The ship was designed by Sir Thomas Slade.
She served during the American War of Independence, and was scuttled in the York River, Virginia on 10 October 1781 to prevent her being captured by the French. The French subsequently salvaged and commissioned her. She served until being deleted from their navy lists in 1786.
