HMS Myrmidon (1900)

HMS Myrmidon was one of two Myrmidon-class destroyers which served with the Royal Navy. She launched by Palmers on 26 May 1900 and was used in both the Mediterranean and home waters. Myrmidon was badly damaged in a collision with the merchant ship Hamborn on 26 March 1917 off Dungeness. Her crew were rescued by HMS Mermaid and SS Tambour, with the loss of one life.
