Livett's Launches
Livett's Launches is a river boat company which provides cruises on the River Thames in London, United Kingdom. The company specialises in private charters with on-board catering and live music entertainment. Livett's Launches operate on the Thames under licence from London River Services, part of Transport for London.
Livett's also operate Putney Pier the start of The Boat Race between Oxford and Cambridge and Butler's Wharf Pier by Tower Bridge.
The Livett water transport company was founded by Chris Livett and his wife Belinda in 1983. The Livett family has a long history on the Thames: they have owned companies on London's waterfront since 1710. Chris was the youngest Master of The Company of Watermen and Lightermen, headquarted at its guild hall in Billingsgate, and serves as a Waterman to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
