MS Nordlys is a Hurtigruten vessel built by Volkswerft GmbH in Stralsund, Germany in 1994. She has two sister ships, MS Kong Harald and MS Richard With which also sail for Hurtigruten. In November 2008, MS Nordlys was taken out of traffic and laid up at Åndalsnes for the winter-season.
