Princess Charlotte (brig)

The Princess Charlotte was a brig that disappeared in 1820 on its voyage between Hobart and Sydney.

The Princess Charlotte was constructed by the Government in 1819 at Newcastle, New South Wales. She left Hobart on 27 September 1820 for Sydney with crew and passengers and a cargo of wheat [1]. The passengers included four soldiers from the 48th Regiment and at least three convicts.[2] The Captain was Edward Devine [3]
