The Sinking of the Laconia is a two part mini-movie which will be aired in 2010 on BBC Two. The series is about the sinking of the famous Cunard Ocean Liner RMS Laconia (1921) during the World War II. The series is currently under-production and being filmed. Uwe Janson is directing the series and Alan Bleasdale provides the story.
