Three Forts Ferry Crossing is a ferry system on the Delaware River which serves Forts DuPont and Delaware in Delaware and Fort Mott in New Jersey. The Delafort ferry, which serves the three points, is operated by the Delaware River and Bay Authority.

Operation

The Three Forts Ferry operates on weekends from the last weekend in April until the last weekend in September. Between mid-June and Labor Day Weekend, the ferry operates from Wednesday to Sunday each week. The ferry serves Delaware City (Fort DuPont) at least once an hour between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, with some half-hour intervals being used for groups. It serves Fort Mott in two-hour intervals, and reaches Fort Delaware approximately 15 minutes after each departure from Forts Mott and DuPont.[1]
