The fourth Frolic (SP-1336) was a schooner that served in the United States Navy from 1917 to 1918.
The U.S. Navy acquired Frolic on 24 August 1917 from the Maryland Conservation Commission for World War I service. She served in the 5th Naval District in a non-commissioned status during the war.
The Navy returned Frolic to the Conservation Commission on 27 November 1918.
