GTS Celebrity Infinity is a Millennium Class cruise ship owned and operated by Celebrity Cruises. She was launched in 2001 as Infinity, and renamed Celebrity Infinity in 2007. During the summer cruising season, she cruises Alaska, and during the winter cruising season, South America, including Chile, Argentina, Panama, and Uruguay.
Infinity has multiple dining venues including:
- Trellis, a two-level formal dining room
- SS United States, a for-charge fine dining room named in honour of the classic steam ship SS United States. It is even decorated with original glass panels from the SS United States.
- Oceanview Grill, a casual dining venue serving breakfast, lunch, and casual dinner.
- Spa Cafe, serving light and healthy fare by the thalassotherapy pool.
- Cova Cafe, a for-charge coffee bar with complimentary pastries.
The ship's amenities also include an indoor thalassotherapy pool, two outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, day spa, and acupuncture clinic.
Highlights found throughout the Millenium-class vessels are shared among the GTS Celebrity Infinity as well. Guest favourites include a three story atrium with underlit marble staircase, outward facing glass elevators showing expansive views of the sea, and glass windows on the floor of the Oceanview Grill to watch the ocean flowing by - nearly 15 stories below.
The GTS Celebrity Infinity is currently rated as the world's number nine best large cruise ship, as rated by the highly respected Conde Nast Reader polls.
