MS Stena Scandinavica is a large cruiseferry, operated by Stena Line on the overnight Gothenburg - Kiel service, along with her sister ship MS Stena Germanica.
She was originally launched in 1983 as MS Stena Germanica. However, due to problems at the construction yard, completion was delayed and it wasn't until 1988 when she entered service as MS Stena Scandinavica on the same route that she still operates today. But in 2010 the Stena Scandinavica and Stena Germanica will be replacing Stena Baltica(Koningin Beatrix) and Finnarow on the Karlskrona - Gdynia route.
