USS Neodesha (YTB-815) was a Natick class tugboat laid down in 1971. She served the 14th Naval District at Pearl Harbor, HI until 2006 when she was struck from the naval registers. Neodesha was reacquired in 3 August 2007 and reclassified as IX-540 Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit One, a training hulk.
